Am I the only one who will prepare first myself before entering a dark area? hahaha. I need to prepare my heart for it or I might die literally XD

What do you expect? It's a horror game so it's understandable that some areas (or most areas) are dark.
It's not. there are some areas that are dark and your vision is limited.
same with me. The TPS perspective is enough to see almost everything.
Really? I've been playing with sounds off since it's scary. But I don't think it affects how I play.
Yup yup. listening to the sound helps! Best with headphones!
That's why you should also listen when playing. You can know if there are walking zombies nearby if you listen carefully to the sounds.
nah. the game's too dark. But that's what makes it more challenging for me.
you need to look harder. maybe something's wrong with your eyes. consult a doctor about that.
yes. but it's part of the game. Some areas really are dark but not dark enough to see what's happening in the surroundings.
It's just right. btw, did you guys max out the brightness? Sometimes it's hard to see even if the brightness is already at the highest.
in my case, I just adjusted the sensitivity. the default setup for the control sensitivity is too slow for me.
that is a really important item to have especially when picking locks to gain some valuable item
Ever since i got the lock pick it really is awesome to have that item around
