well, they have recommended settings for the resistance. maybe it's out there somewhere and we couldn't just find it.

I think you can also modify the sounds in the settings in-game. That way you can just use any ordinary earphones or headphones.
playing with sounds on really helps. I would recommend using headphones or speakers with surround/spatial sound so you will know exactly where they spawn or attack.
i call this area the jump-scare station

wow another mister perfect dodge. people always comments about just dodge this and that and its easy. some people arent good at dodging you know.
the key is listening. just listen to their sound queue and press dodge its easy.
honestly, drain deimos are really weak but so annoying since they are so sneaky

Yes. but they have higher health compared to lower difficulties. I think they can also 1-hit kill you on Nightmare diff.

Just kill them so they'll stop annoying you with their attack. they won't spawn again if you killed all of them.
do you kill them or just run from them? I only shot them once and they'll go away. It saves me some shotgun shells.
it would just slow you down and have that red animation to the screen. you better remove it cos deimos are fast and kinda hard to see.

that's why there are green herbs item in this area to remove the debuff that is inflicted by the deimos
