How to Use Boltcutters

Used to Unlock The West Garden Gate

The West Garden Gate locks the western area of the garden of the Lakeside Hotel. You need to access this area to obtain the Light Bulb, which is a part of the solution to the Suitcase Puzzle.

How to Get Boltcutters

1. Go to Lakeside Hotel 3F
2. Head to The Utility Room
3. Return to The West Garden Gate

Go to Lakeside Hotel 3F

Heading up the second floor, take the left path and go up the stairs immediately after the double doors. On the map, you should be in front of the Conference Room.

Head to The Utility Room

You can go to the Utility Room either before or after you acquire the Cinderella Figurine. Once inside, examine the metal shelves there, the Boltcutters should be leaning against a box.

Either way, you'll need the figurine to solve the Music Box Puzzle, so we recommend getting it before you head back down.

Return to The West Garden Gate

Return to the west staircase and go all the way down until 1F. Head back out the entrance and use the Boltcutters on the locked gate.
