Recoil Moves are high-damaging skills that come at the cost of dealing damage to the user. These moves become even more deadly when paired with Reckless, increasing their already high base damage even more.
These are essentially high-risk, high-reward moves that require either a bulky Pokemon to pull off or a setup that requires you to lower your health!
