For this tournament, you will be facing off your opponents in 2v2 battles. Synergy between your Pokemon will be key in winning your matches!

The only eligible battle mechanic will be Mega Evolution. Expect to face powerful Mega Evolved Pokemon, and try to counter them with your own!
Mega Evolution Guide: List of All Mega Evolutions

This event will follow Regulation Set M-A. This Regulation Set consists of every Pokemon that is currently available in Pokemon Champions.
This event will be a ladder-style tournament, meaning that there will be no eliminations. Players who win more battles will rise through the ranks, and the aim is to reach the highest rank in the ladder.
You will need to take part in at least three battles for your results to be recorded. You will also receive the participation award if you do the required amount of battles.
| Party Rules | |||
|---|---|---|---|
| Pokemon Registered to Battle Team | 6 | ||
| Pokemon Available for Battle | 4 | ||
You will need to register a complete team of 6 in order to enter the tournament. Once you have entered with this team, you cannot change its members, items, or stats.
Players will battle with 4 Pokemon in each match. Before the battle starts, the player has to select the Pokemon that they wish to bring.
| Total Time | Player Time | Move Time | Pokemon Selection Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 minutes | 7 minutes | 45 seconds | 90 seconds |
Listed above are the time limits for each stage of the battle. If the timer runs out before either player can run out of Pokemon, the match may be decided by other factors such as number of Pokemon remaining.

Since this tournament is in the Double Battle format, it is important to use Pokemon that can work together effectively. Strategy is key in 2 vs. 2 battles, and bringing Pokemon that are individually strong will likely not be enough.
