There are no IVs or Individual Values in Pokemon Champions. Read on to learn if there are IVs, what aspects of the game this affects, and what IVs are.
There are no IVs in Pokemon Champions. All Pokemon in the game have maximum IVs.

If you transfer a Pokemon with imperfect IVs from Pokemon HOME, they will gain maximum IVs in Pokemon Champions. They will also return to having imperfect IVs when transfered back into HOME from Champions.
How to Transfer Pokemon Using Pokemon HOME

Players who play competitive Pokemon typically need to search for or breed Pokemon with specific IVs. They may also use Bottle Caps to do Hyper Training and max out their Pokemon's IVs.
Pokemon Champions removes the need to do this, which makes it easier to build battle-ready Pokemon. This lowers the barrier of entry for new and casual players.
Some moves increase their power the lower the stats of a Pokemon are. This includes Gyro Ball, which deals damage depending on how much slower the Pokemon is compared to its opponent. Players who use this move typically select Pokemon with low Speed IVs.
The lack of IVs in this game decreases the power and viability of moves like these.
Some players may choose to have Pokemon with 0 IVs in order to execute specific strategies. For example, lower Speed IVs increase the chance of moving first when Trick Room is active, or that they can go last when they use U-Turn.
The removal of IVs in Pokemon Champions means that in mirror matchups, there is now a 50/50 chance of moving first in same speed scenarios, instead of factoring in IVs.
IVs, or Individual Values, are hidden stats that are unique to each individual Pokemon. This makes it so that Pokemon with the same species, level, and nature can still have different stats from each other.
In the mainline Pokemon games, IVs can be changed via Hyper Training. However, this will not have an effect in Pokemon Champions, as all Pokemon have the same IVs in this game.
