You can't directly trade Pokemon in Pokemon Champions, but you can do so through Pokemon HOME. Learn how to trade and move Pokemon using Pokemon HOME here!
Can You Trade Pokemon in Champions?
You Can't Trade Pokemon Directly in Champions
Trading Pokemon is not directly possible in Pokemon Champions. Though it isn't possible the game right now, players can trade Pokemon via Pokemon HOME and transfer their Pokemon to Champions from there.
How to Trade in Pokemon Champions
Move Pokemon via Pokemon HOME Mobile
Players can trade Pokemon with each other via the Pokemon HOME app on their smartphones. Pokemon traded through the app can then be moved to Pokemon Champions.
However, Pokemon obtained through Champions can't be moved to HOME, and therefore can't be traded with other players.
