Stealth Rock Effect

Effect Sets rocks that hurt the opponents switching into battle. The amount of damage this move does depends on how weak the opponent is against Rock type moves. The opponent will receive 1/6 damage if the type is not every effective (x0.5), 1/8 damage if the type is neutral (x1), and 1/4 damage if the type is super effective (x2).
