Click Select or Load for the Attacker and Defender to choose the Pokemon. Select will allow you to choose any Pokemon from a list. Load will allow you to import a Pokemon from the Team Builder, with its moves and stats already set.
Add up to 4 moves for the Attacker. You can swap between the Attacker and Defender by clicking the Swap Icon
Update the Stats for the Attacker and Defender. For the Nature Modifier, select 1.1x if the stat has a Beneficial Nature, or 0.9x if the stat has a Hindering Nature. Note that Stat Changes will not affect the stat value listed, but they will affect the Damage result.
Update the Ability, Held Item, and other Conditions for the Attacker and Defender. Some Abilities like Huge Power will update the calculations when set. Some of the Item types are summarized into labels: ・Select Type-enhancing item for all 20% boost items like Charcoal, Dragon Claw, etc. ・Select Damage-reducing Berry for Berries that reduce super-effective damage like Rindo Berry, Occa Berry, etc.
If needed, update the Screen and Recurring Damage for the Defender. Most effects on the field which add or reduce damage are applied here.
If needed, update the Environment section to add Weather and Terrain effects.
Reference the Speed Comparison to see which Pokemon will move first. If you don't know your opponent's stats, try checking which stat combinations outspeed your Pokemon to estimate your risk of moving last.
Check your finalized Damage Result. The green section of the Damage Result shows the remaining HP, while the empty (gray) section shows how much damage has been dealt. You can also specify a Critical Hit or a Double Battle. In Double Battles, moves which hit both opponents will deal 2/3x of their normal damage.
Click To Add to stack multiple attacks. This will allow you to check the damage across multiple turns and see the combined result. You can even swap Attackers across turns!
Copy the Share link to save and send your results. You can save the URL to re-check a result later on, or send it to others to show how you crunched the numbers in your builds.
