Once the Bahamut is re-activeated by the Empire, this quest becomes available. Rikken, Reddas' 'second-in-command', petitions this quest in order to find out once and for all who is the strongest in the land. He'll give you the benefit of the doubt, but only after you've proven to him who the fastest is first. See more information on the Balfonheim Race by clicking the button below:

The Pylraster - The Strongest There Is

When you've proven to Rikken that you are the fastest, he'll acknowledge defeat by giving you more details about the hunt. The only trouble is that he doesn't know where the mark is--just that it is really, really strong. However, there's a reason why you've managed to unlock the Pharos--the Pylraster will be waiting for you there.

Proving Who's the Strongest
