2 The petitioner is another garif chieftain who will give details about the mission.
3 He will point you toward the Henne Mines, where the mark is. The specific area is in the Phase 1 shaft of the mines.
4 Take your pick of how to go to the Henne Mines, but you can walk to it or ride a Chocobo and go through the 'secret' areas.
