Rewards 3,000 Gil, Phobos Glaze

Hunt Objectives

No. Objective
1 Nanau, the petitioner, can be seen in the Giza Plains during the rainy season. Speak with her to know about the gil snapper's location.
2 There is a trick here to get to the area of the gil snapper involving dead trees and cutting them down to create a make-shift bridge.
3 A fellow member of the Centurio Clan, Bansat the Seeq, will be joining your party as you hunt the gil snapper. He will also be your indicator whether the gil snapper has spawned or not.
4 Defeat the gil snapper to have it return to the urn. When you return to Nanau, she won't be there; she'll leave behind a 'soggy letter' instead, telling you to come back during the dry.
5 Following the instruction, you'll find Nanau and Roaklo in the nomad village during the dry season. It will be Elder Brunoa, however, who will ultimately reward you for vanquishing the gil snapper.

The Dead Tree Pathways

The Giza Plains will be full of dead trees leftover from the dry season. These are no mere decorations--they are needed to reach certain areas of the Giza Plain. Cutting them down will give you a way to reach these areas, including the lair of the gil snapper.

Bansat of Clan Centurio
