| 1 | Speak with Montblanc to start this hunt. |
| 2 | Accept the Hunt to have Montblanc tell the tale of his master and the founding of the clan. |
| 3 | You'll find the mark hiding in the ruins of the Pharos at Ridorana, in the Colosseum area. |
| 4 | Prepare your party for the fight by casting buffs and setting gambits while hiding. Yiazmat will be waiting inside the Colosseum. |
| 5 | If the battle gets too difficult, you can go into one of the arena's exits or hidden rooms. Note: Yiazmat can recover quickly if you take too long. |
| 6 | Yiazmat isn't immune to Expose, Shear, Addle, and Wither. Keep that in mind. |
| 7 | Stock up on Gold Needles, Chronos Tears, Bubble belts, and Phoenix Downs. |
| 8 | Keep your attacks constant on Yiazmat. His HP will go down eventually, but watch out for his Death Strike (Instant Death) and Cyclone (Sap + Stop) attacks. |
| 9 | Once you've felled Yiazmat, return to Montblanc for your reward. |
Once you come to Montblanc to finally request the hunt for Yiazmat, Montblanc will tell you of the tale of Clan Centurio, and how it was formed. It was built specifically for the purpose of hunting Yiazmat, who Montblanc's 'master' failed to kill. This master was also responsible for teaching Montblanc and his brothers how to fend for themselves.
Montblanc asks you to travel and kill the Yiazmat for his 'master'. You'll find the monster lurking in the Pharos at Ridorana area, in the Colosseum. The acceptance of the hunt has awakened another mark, the Omega Mk XII. You'll find more details about this particular enemy at the link below:
