The First Hunt for Clan Centurio

Clan Centurio is a clan operating out of Dalmasca under the leadership of a powerful moogle, Montblanc. It is here that Vaan will prove himself as a hero of the land as well as a great hunter, worthy of recognition in their clan's archives.

Meeting Montblanc

Having become an official hunter for the Centurio Clan, you will report to Montblanc for certain hunts. Montblanc is the leader of the clan, as well as the contact responsible for certain marks designated as 'elite.' Once you've started to take down elite marks, he is the guy you go to.

Hunting the Cluckatrice

A Giza nomad named Dania asks Montblanc for help in dealing with the Cluckatrice. Speak with Montblanc to start the quest, then find Dania in the Giza Plains to continue.

The Cluckatrice is a tricky customer...it won't show itself with other monsters prowling the Plains. You need to get rid of the other monsters in the Giza North Banks, exit, then enter the North Banks again to have it show itself. For more information about Cluckatrice, see the link below.
Cluckatrice Drops and Locations

Returning to Dania

Once you've defeated the Cluckatrice, go back to Dania for a nice set of rewards.
