| 1 | Head to the Sandsea tavern for the petitioner of the Marilith mark hunt. The petitioner is the tavernmaster. |
| 2 | The tavernmaster will tell of his requirement of an ingredient coming from the Marilith for a unique wine. |
| 3 | Once you've received further details of the quest, head over to the Zertinan Caverns from the Westersand entrance. |
| 4 | Search for the Marilith at the Invitation to Heresy area of the Caverns. |
| 5 | Finish off the Marilith and return to the tavernmaster for your reward. |
The Tavernmaster
EnlargeThe tavernmaster of the Sandsea will ask for your help in this quest. He is preparing a special wine, the serpentwyne, for dignitaries. One of the ingredients can only be taken from the Marilith.
The Marilith of the Zertinan Caverns
EnlargeHunting the Marilith in the Caverns requires another special condition: the area should be devoid of any monsters. Wait for 5 more minutes, and the Marilith will show itself. The player's party doesn't need to move around for it to appear. For more information on how to beat Marilith, see the link below.
The Sweet Serpentwyne of Success
Once you've defeated the Marilith, return to the tavernmaster for your reward. He will also tell you that the serpentwyne will be a success, thanks to your efforts.
