Even with the nerfs, Mahamayuri is still one of the best guns to use in PvP game modes. Also, Rossi-11 can stay alive with overshields and crowd control enemies, making it even easier to take down enemies.

Rossi-11 is very versatile since they can stay alive with overshields, summon barriers for allies, and confine enemies to prevent them from moving. They also have good innate mobbing capabilities thanks to their Weapon Mastery.

Mahamayuri is still a very powerful gun in PvP game modes, making it the recommended Exotic to use on Rossi-11. However, Trinity Ghoul is also a viable option, since it's a free weapon that you can get from the Battle Pass.

The Exotic choice for Rossi-11 in PvE modes is pretty flexible, but Mahamayuri is the preferred option since it's very powerful, even after nerfs. However, it is much harder to get your hands on compared to Trinity Ghoul, which is a Battle Pass weapon.

Rossi-11 uses overshields and barriers to stay alive in combat. It's recommended to use Artifacts that further lean into their survivability, but you can also opt to use Warding Pact since their barriers are generally weaker than other Defense characters.
