Obtained From Exotic Weapon Engrams

Mahamayuri can also be obtained from Exotic Weapon Engrams.

If you do not own Mahamayuri yet, there is a higher chance to obtain it from a Random Engram, but using a Choice Engram can guarantee obtaining Mahamayuri instead.
How to Get Exotic and Mythic Engrams

Gauntlet: Onslaught Weekly Reward

Mahamayuri can be obtained by completing Gauntlet:Onslaught and opening the reward chest at the end with 20 Pinnacle Energy.

Gauntlet:Onslaught rewards can be claimed up to 3x per week, giving you at least three chances per week to obtain Mahamayuri, or a different weapon from the pool.
