How to Complete Pandora's Wheel of Fortune Event
Earn Lucky Pointers for Wheel Spins
This event will have you essentially completing daily quests and high-value bounties to earn Lucky Pointers, which are then used to spin the wheel for rewards. Once you've earned all the rewards on the regular wheel, the premium wheel with artifact-related rewards will be unlocked.
