Rossi-11 builds a Photoelectric Gate before them that blocks incoming damage. Using the Super again will launch the gate forward, dealing damage to combatants. |

Rossi-11 throws an Arc Orb up to m forward. Once it hits a combatant or terrain, it will pull in and inflict Confined on nearby combatants, then generate an Arc Cage that blocks incoming projectiles. |

Rossi-11 launches 4 Arc thread, dealing damage to combatants it hits and granting Rossi an overshield. |

When any of Rossi-11s abilities hit targets, they grant 1 point of Passive Energy, up to a maximum of 9. Passive Energy is converted into an Overshield at a 1 to 40 ratio once every 2s for 6s |

When the Photoelectric Gate takes damage, it will generate 1 additional Passive Energy for Rossi-11. This effect has a 1s cooldown. |

When Rossi-11's health below 50%, gaining an overshield will also heal them for 50% of the overshield's health. |
Weapon Mastery
| Lv. 1 | Whenever lonic Protection performs an energy conversion, it will also grant Rossi-11's Bow and Auto Crossbow 1 stack of Weave, up to 3 stacks. When shots hit targets, they consume 1 stack of Weave to generate a lightning strike, dealing 260 Arc damage to combatants within a 2-meter radius. |

How to Get Rossi-11
Obtained From Pulling on Any Banner
To get Rossi-11, you will need to pull on any of the Gacha Banners. Since they're a 4-Star character, they're not exclusive to any banner, meaning they can be obtained from either one at the cost of not having increased pull rates, unless otherwise stated.
