Who is Maru?

Cannon-Wielding Playable Character

Maru
Maru was a playable character included in the test versions of Destiny: Rising. She was a standard 5-Star Void character who specialized in dealing AoE damage with a large cannon.

Maru's Relic

The Void Relic, Tohora

Tohora
Maru's Void Relic is a Collapsing Cannon called Tohora. Like other playable characters in the game, the Relic is exclusive to her and is largely used whenever she uses her Super or other abilities.

How to Get Maru

Obtained from the Permanent Banner

In the Closed Test versions of the game, Maru was available on the permanent gacha banner. To pull on the permanent banner, you will need to use "Bon Voyage" Charms, which are blue, unlike the rainbow "Bon Voyage" Charm L.E.s that are used for limited banners.

Also, as a note, if you've pulled enough times on the permanent banner, you can select her using the free standard character selector.

In the daybreak triumph there is a character named Helhest listed next to estella, as characters with quests to be completed.
