Language can be changed anytime in the game, but all voices, including those of other characters and NPCs, will still be in English.

How to Set Wolf's Voice

Voice and Body Type

At the start of the game, you can set both the voice and body type of Wolf to your liking.

These are the only options available at first, but you can customize further after completing Resurrection. Once you finish this quest, you’ll be able to fully change your character again and choose a different voice if you wish.

However, do note that after the full character customization, you can no longer change Wolf’s voice or appearance. Unless this changes in future updates, everything you set for Wolf will be permanent, except for their name.
