Destiny Rising - How to Add Friends
Add friends in Destiny: Rising by searching player UIDs, or from the recommended list, recent teams, or nearby. Learn how to add and invite friends in this guide and see everything you can do with friends here.

How to Add and Invite Friends

  1. Open the Friend Menu
  2. Input the UID
  3. Send Friend Request
  4. Accept Friend Request

Open the Friend Menu

Friends Option

To add friends, click the friends icon at the bottom of the screen. It should also appear at the top of the chat log. Select it to open the friends options.

Input the Friend Code

Add Friends UID

Head over to the second tab to add friends. If you want to add a specific friend, enter their Friend Code or their UID in the search bar to find their account.

UID can be found at the bottom-right corner of the screen. The numbers you see there are your UID, and you can share this or use someone’s UID to connect as friends.

Send Friend Request

Add Through UID

Once you find the account you want to add as a friend, click the add button and wait for them to accept your request.

You Can Add Recommended Players or Players from Recent Teams

Add Randoms

You can also add players from the recommended list at the bottom of the search bar if you’re not looking for someone specific. Another option is the Recent Teams tab, where you can add players you recently played with.

Play Multiplayer Game Modes

Multiplayer.

There are plenty of multiplayer modes you can try with friends. Most of these are PvP and PvE game modes, and you can play them with anyone on your friends list.

Join Clan

Invite Members to Clan
You can also add friends to your clan or pack. Just make sure they complete Chapter 2-3 and the Heroes' Trial 1 to unlock this feature!

Take Photos

Photo Mode

You can also take photos with your friends using the camera feature! The camera feature has tons of great options to make quirky photos with your friends.

You can experiment with poses, adjust the camera angle, and even add dialogue for your characters to include in the photo.

Help the Haven Militia

The friends feature unlocks right after you complete the prologue: Resurrection. Once you arrive in Haven, you can start adding friends!
