Destiny's Version of Electric

In-Game Description
Arc is the element of motion and conduction, and is created when the electromagnetic forces of our universe struggle to achieve balance.

The Arc Element is Destiny's version of the Electric or Lightning Element, which is the more common name found in other RPGs. In this game, Arc encompasses elements that are more light or electric in nature.

Mainly Used to Target Enemy Weaknesses

Elemental Match Tutorial
Arc damage is mainly used to target enemies that are weak to Arc or have an Arc shield. If ever you see an enemy with a blue bar under their HP, make sure to use Arc attacks!

Also, as a note, you can turn on the Icon Support option under the Accessibility: Color Assistance menu to make it easier to see which element to use against enemies.
