Uses the Thunder Shield to fire a powerful Arc beam, striking and inflicting combatants within the end of the beamis range with Blind. He then enters his Super state, during which multiple strikes can be launched.

Lv. 1 Weapons that fire bullets through the Arc barrier become enhanced by the power of thunder, creating Chain Lightning that can strike up to 3 targets, dealing Arc damage equal to 240% weapon damage. Triggers up to once every 3s.
Lv. 2 Chain Lightning's trigger interval is reduced to 2.3s.
Lv. 3 Chain Lightning's trigger interval is reduced to 1.5s.
Lv. 4 Chain Lightning deals an additional +60% damage to combatants inflicted with Blind.
Lv. 5 Chain Lightning's trigger interval is reduced to 1s.

This intense flash of light will occur again when the barrier is destroyed or it expires.

How to Get Kabr

Obtained From Pulling on Any Banner

Gacha Banner
To get Kabr, you will need to pull on any of the Gacha Banners. Since they're a 4-Star character, they're not exclusive to any banner, meaning they can be obtained from either one at the cost of not having increased pull rates, unless otherwise stated.

All Current and Upcoming Banners

Automatically Obtained from the Story

Unlike most other characters, Kabr automatically joins you as part of the story. This is so that players will have a more defensive and supportive character that they can use and get used to before they start pulling for similar characters on the Gacha Banners.

However, if you want multiple copies of Kabr to increase his Talent Tree, then you will still need to pull for him on Gacha Banners.
