The Rising Lights is a Permanent Draw that has Jolder, Ning Fei, and Tan-2 as the featured Mythic Characters, as well as the Legendary Characters Kabr, Ikora, Attal, Finnala, and Xuan Wei.
A Mythic Character is also guaranteed in only 30 Draws for The Rising Lights. Additionally, pulling a total of 180 times allows you to pick a Mythic Character of your choice between Jolder, Ning Fei, and Tan-2!
First 5 x10 Draws are 20% Off
The Rising Lights also offers 20% off for the first 5 x10 Draws from the banner. This means your first five x10 draws from the banner will only cost 8 Bon Voyage Charms instead of the usual 10!

Is Rising Lights Worth Pulling?
Worth It if You Want a Mythic Character in 30 Pulls
The Rising Lights is only worth it if you want a Mythic or 5-Star Character in just 30 Pulls, which is less pulls compared to the Limited Banner which requires 60 pulls for a chance of a Mythic Character.
The banner is otherwise not worth pulling if you're looking to get a specific character as Limited Banners have a rate up on both Limited-time and Standard Mythic Characters, as well as increase drops on featured Legendary Characters.
