How Many Chapters are There?
7 Chapters in Season 0
The main story of Season 0 ends in Chapter 7-2. The credits roll after completing the primary quest Armageddon. Completing it also unlocks the Legendary Campaign game mode, which allows you to go through the main campaign again with increased difficulty.
After Armageddon, you will still have access to two more primary quests in the season, with the final available primary quest being Radiant Path: Faltering Bastion for Chapter 7-2.
More content is expected to drop every month, which may include additional quests and more chapters for the main story.

Several character quests do not require you to own the associated character in order to take on their quests. However, there are character quests that only get unlocked by owning the character and raising their proficiency.
Character quests typically restrict you to using a specific character—either Wolf or the character the quest falls under. These quests are done in Story Mode, which can also limit what you can do in the game.
Quest Types
| Primary Quests | Quests that advance the main story and are required to complete chapters. |

| Campaign Missions | These involve fighting enemies, including a boss at the end, and are usually part of a bigger primary quest line. |
| Character Quests | Quests that are tied to a particular character and advances their personal journey. |
| Side Quests | Optional quests that are usually not required to progress the story. |
| Daily Commissions | A region of your choice can have a set of 3 commission quests each day. These quests can increase your Reputation. |
There are five types of quests that can be done in Destiny: Rising. Primary quests and certain campaign missions are required to progress the story, while character quests, side quests, and daily commissions are mostly optional.
