You can get Elemental Fruits in the Fortuna Dust Shop in exchange for Fortuna Dust, which you can get from pulling in the banners. You can find this shop under the Store menu and under the Exchange tab.

Do note that there is a monthly limit when exchanging this item in this shop.

Claim from Shifting Gates Vendor

You can also get these from the Shifting Gates shop and trade your Translation Credits for it. You can find this shop under the Store menu and under the Exchange tab.
