Hitting the same target multiple times with Mini Missile inflicts 1 additional stack of Serenity lasting 5s. |

Weapon Mastery

How to Get Attal
Obtained From Pulling on Any Banner
To get Attal, you will need to pull on any of the Gacha Banners. Since they're a 4-Star character, they're not exclusive to any banner, meaning they can be obtained from either one at the cost of not having increased pull rates, unless otherwise stated.
