How to Unlock The City of Light

Complete Resurrection

The City of Light automatically unlocks once you reach Haven after completing the Resurrection primary quest.

Talk to Radegast

1 Upon arriving at Haven, you'll get to customize your character. In addition to the new skin and hair customization options, you can change the body type and voice that you selected in the beginning of the game.

Radegast at the Traveler Viewing Platform
Talk to Radegast at the Traveler viewing platform west of the plaza.

Bazinet Location
Talk to Bazinet at the Armory. She's the one behind the counter.

Radegast Near the Gate
Talk to Radegast again. He'll be near the city gate south of the plaza.
5 Complete the Unsheathed campaign mission to get the quest rewards.

Cognitum Carbine

During The City of Light quest, Bazinet will give you a brand new level 1 Cognitum Carbine in exchange for your broken auto rifle.
