for the middle exotic mod you absolutely want +18 Fire Rate, especially on Del5Kulfi (doubly so w/ upgraded Fraternity when solo, even in teams if they're good & don't get downed) during bubble super it'll outperform other options, outside of that you can still quick reload the same way as you could in D2 especially w/ +20 Reload Speed from upgraded Fraternity, you will also want +30 Handling (up to 100 total w/ +20 from upgraded Fraternity!) for lots of reasons especially w/ Partridge Sky maxed
for artifact perks you'll want Defense Boost (top priority; it's the single best mitigation perk, has no cooldown on its secondary effect & works at all ranges) + Overshield Bonus + Shield Boost (it can increase shield shockwave in singularity too, plus it's twice as effective as Health Boost) + Healing Bonus for slots 1 & 2, then Weapon Enhancement + Void Boost + Ability Strength + Signature Boost for slots 3 & 4; Healing Bonus & Defense Boost will fully offset the debuff from Unusual Rampage
the Unusual Rampage (radiation artifact set) is heavily slept-on, it can give max rage to Jolder in all scenarios & that means at high enough talents you can keep the movement speed buff from shield throw up full time when using Attal lightlink, Umeko lightlink also gives full uptime for suppression debuff from Jolder slam, obviously you'll want them all at T6 including Jolder herself
Partridge Sky got buffed (Battle Cry reworked) so it's arguably now best exotic / heavy / sword etc. choice; Del5Kulfi is also amazing with it when using Sight Zoom & Stability together on mods because then you can turn off the janky aim assist setting & have full freedom of aiming while still having good accuracy and recoil control from both, Fraternity upgrade with +30 Handling exotic perk gives a total of 100 & that means you can Syncopation hit then Partridge Sky heavy rinse & repeat
