Place the Key Items inside the rooms where you can also spawn zombies. This will make it a bit more difficult for the survivors to collect all three of them in time.

Area 2

Maximize the Locked Doors by placing the Key Items inside the rooms that are difficult to breach alone. Use your mastermind cards to create chaos and force the survivors to split up in this area.

Area 3

Split up the zombies that you can spawn near the bio-cores to prevent the survivors from destroying them easily without taking their time. Use this opportunity to use your powerful mastermind cards to make the area harder for the survivors to navigate around.
