You can get a First Aid Spray on all the locations of Resident Evil 3 Remake whether you play as Jill or Carlos. The First Aid Spray spawns at specific locations in the game and are the same regardless of the difficulty setting.
When using a First Aid Spray, it will fully restore your missing health. It is only recommended to use the First Aid Spray when you health reaches Danger to maximize the amount of health restored.
