You will need to go through the Donutshop in order to go back to the Subwaystation, here you will encounter Nemesis again for the second time. You need to deal a huge amount of damage to Nemesis until he drops a Supply Crate. This Supply Crate will contain the Moderator which can be combined with your handgun.
