Strong Box in R.P.D.

You can find the Strong Box on top of the table inside the West Office. However, you will need to get the ID Card from Brad Vickers outside the police station.

Kill Brad Vickers before entering the police station, this will make him drop the ID Card which can be used to open Strong Boxes inside the R.P.D.
