Above it also shows blue rounds as "mine rounds".. WHAT?! Blue I THOUGHT was Freeze rounds... and you CAN craft those... (With "C" gunpowder and grenade rounds)

it is rare because you don't have to use it on every enemies just the annoying ones especially nemesis

but it is really rare to pick up these kind of ammunition you can just look for the grenade shells

Yeah you will need Explosive A or B to craft grenade shells. These ammunitions can be picked up anywhere just like the gunpowder
