How to Get Rampardos Fast

Revive the Skull Fossil and Evolve Cranidos in Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl

Rampardos is best obtained by evolving Cranidos in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. The Skull Fossil is easily obtainable in the Grand Underground, and simply revive it to get Cranidos, then level it up to evolve it into Rampardos.

Catch in Space-Time Distortions in Legends: Arceus

Rampardos can be caught in Space-Time Distortions in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. If you cannot find one, Cranidos can also appear, so simply evolve it to get Rampardos.
