The best way to obtain Pidgeot is to catch and evolve a Pidgey from Wild Zone 1 in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Weedle evolves into Pidgeotto at Level 18, and into Pidgeot at Level 36.
You can also obtain a Pidgeot by catching and evolving a Pidgey from Route 1. Pidgey can be caught from Route 1 in Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee.

Pidgeot can be caught from previous titles in the series. After catching it in a game, Pidgeot can be moved from the source game to Pokemon HOME, then send it to Pokemon Champions.
