How to Get Blastoise Fast

Obtain and Evolve the Gift Squirtle in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee

The best way to obtain Blastoise is to evolve the gift Bulbasaur from Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee. Bulbasaur evolves into Ivysaur at Level 16 and into Venusaur at Level 36.

Catch and Evolve Squirtle from Side Mission 22

You can also obtain a Blastoise by choosing and evolving Squirtle during Side Mission 22 in Pokemon Legends: Z-A.
