Machine Gun (Infection) increases the infection level of the target survivor. Use it on areas where the Survivors are grouped up together to increase the chance of your shots landing.

Executing the Attack

Be sure to use it on Security Cameras before the Survivors enter the room. This way you can use all of the ammo to deal damage before it gets destroyed.
