You can get this by opening the safe 104 inside the Safety Depoit Room. You need to get this item in order to progress the story of the game.
| 1 | Open the locked door of the Safety Deposit Room. |

| 2 | Open the safe 104 from the console. |
| 3 | Pick up the battery from safe 104. |
You can use this to combine with the Detonator (No Battery) in order to get the Detonator.
