You can get a Green Herb on all the locations of Resident Evil 3 Remake whether you play as Jill or Carlos. The Green Herbs spawn at specific locations in the game and are the same regardless of the difficulty setting.

When to Use Green Herb

Small Restorative Effect

When using a Green Herb, it will only restore a small amount of your health. This action is not recommended because the Green Herb can be combined with other herbs to increase its healing potency.

Cures Parasite Status

In the game Resident Evil 3 Remake, there is a new negative status called the Parasite Status which slowly kills the player. The most efficient way to cure this is the use a Green Herb since using Herb Combinations can be a waste if you use them to cure the Parasite Status with high health.
