Imagine if he got into lava instead of acid. He will be a magma monster who shoots fireball from his mouth XD.
whenever nemesis gets on a liquid, he will evolve into a different monster lol.
If you get his weak spots, you can defeat him using maybe 1/4 of your ammo.
It's because you're not targeting his weak spots. That's why you always lose all your ammo against him.
Is nemesis one of the hardest bosses?? It's so hard to kill him. After a fight with him, I always don't have any left in my inventory.
For me, I think he is the only boss that you can fight in the early part of the game.

no, unfortunately. You need to use it and charged it again to beat him in his last form.
can you beat it without using the rail gun tho?
its normal, they had to make it harder to defeat the final form of nemesis rather than just use rail gun always
It should only take twice. but don't worry it's not that slow or anything.
I pop all the orange bumps on his body 3 times to charge the rail gun. Is it slow or just normal?
