Talk to Pirou		 Talk to Pirou at Gerudo Canyon Stable and you will learn that he needs Rushrooms to satisfy his daily needs.

Gather Rushrooms

Gather 55 Rushrooms		 Rushrooms are usually found on cliffsides. Use your Sheikah Sensor+ to track Rushrooms and gather at least 55 of them for Pirou.

Give the Rushrooms to Pirou

Returning to PirouEnlarge
Give the Rushrooms to Pirou		 Return to Pirou and hand the Rushrooms over to complete the quest.
4 Get your reward Go to the back of the stable to find a chest. Open the chest to obtain a Diamond.

After giving the Rushrooms to Pirou, go around the stable and you can find a chest containing a Diamond.

Quest Start Pirou at the Gerudo Canyon Stable claims that he can't live without rushrooms, but because they grow on cliffs, he's unable to pick them himself. He's offered to trade a diamond for 55 rushrooms.
Quest Clear You traded 55 rushrooms to Pirou at the Gerudo Canyon Stable for a diamond.

But it seems he could still use more.

If you bring them, he'll pay twice the market value for another 55 rushrooms.
