Follow the Guidance of the Eye is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. You can start the quest by going inside the Sanctum of the Observant.

Inside Sanctum of the Observant
Go inside the Sanctum of the Observant to trigger the quest.

Speak to Calmato

Talk to Calmato
Talk to Calmato and he will ask you to go to the Well of Fortune and assist their new memeber, Joia.

How to Get Key to the Well of Fortune

Travel to the Well of Fortune

Joia Location
Take the Warp Spire to the Well of Fortune and speak with Joia. She will be standing right next to the entrance.

Head for the Winding Waterway

Winding Waterway
Enter the Well of Fortune and make your way to Winding Waterway. The challenge required to charge the Guiding Compass will begin as soon as you get there.

Complete the Winding Waterway Challenge

The challenge here is to go down a portion of Winding Waterway within 30 seconds. Be sure to use the floating ability from Bubbly Voyage to avoid falling into the water and you should be able to complete the challenge with a few seconds to spare.

Give the Guiding Compass to Joia

Give Guiding Compass to Joia
Head back to Joia's position and give her the fully-charged Guiding Compass.

Return to the Sanctum of the Observant

Return to the Sanctum
Go inside the Sanctum of the Observant and speak with Calmato one more time. This will complete the quest.
