Go to Florawish
Grand Ball, Small Misunderstanding is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Wish Pass Office Warp Spire then walk to the quest location nearby and talk to Clemente to start the quest.

Unlock Grand Ball, Small Misunderstanding by completing the Land of Wishes Main Quest first.
Grand Ball, Small Misunderstanding Walkthrough
Talk to Clemente
Talk to Dr. Clemente to start the quest. He will be mentioning that he's looking for a specific Faewish that's wearing a stethoscope and is holding bandages.
Platform your way back to the Floating Wish Isle and look for Kodibo.
Talk to Kodibo
Talk to Kodibo and explain that there's been a misunderstanding, then go back and talk to Clemente again.
Elegant Night Ball Styling Challenge
A Styling Challenge will commence after talking to Clemente, and winning the Styling Challenge lets you progress the quest.
To get as much points as possible, style Nikki with Hair Accessories, Chest Accessories and outfits that have the highest Elegance!
You can also opt to select the Recommend button to auto-equip all items that belong in the category.
Talk to Kodibo Again
This time, Kodibo is located just behind Nikki and Clemente, so approach the Faewish to trigger a cutscene, clear up the misunderstanding, and complete the quest.
