Floating Report Location

Southeast of Lakeside District

Floating Report is located at Florawish, specifically Southeast of the Lakeside District! You can teleport In Front of the Mayor's House, which is the nearest Warp Spire. The quest starts as soon as you talk to Elea.

How to Unlock Floating Report

Complete the Prerequisites

You must finish Land of Wishes and Thanks, Fish Knight! quests before you can unlock Floating Report!

Note that Floating Report is a limited-time quest that is only available for the duration of the New Horizons Day event, which ends on February 25, 2025.

Floating Report Walkthrough

Find Elea

You must go find Elea in the Lakeside District. She is a girl with glasses, who is standing next to a huge tree.

Ask Polly

After Elea tells you her dillema, you must go to south of Great Wishtree Square and find her pages. When you arrive, you must ask Polly for help, who's looking at something by the sea.

Talk to Merian

After talking to Polly, you head to Breezy Meadow to find more of Elea's pages. Once you arrive, you have to ask Merian for help. She is a blonde girl with braids.

Find the Pages in the Pond

Merian tells you that she did notice some pages around a nearby pond. Head to the pond's northside to find the them!

Talk to Elea

After finding them, you must head to the Breezy Meadow Activity Area and talk to Elea once again.

Talk to Francis

To finish the quest, you must talk to Francis, who's nearby, and ride the Special Hot Air Balloon! Note that this is also one of the tasks for Strings in Time!
