Carnival, Snip, Snap! Quest Location
Go to Florawish
Carnival, Snip, Snap! is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. More specifically, the Quest is found in the new event location for the Wish Carnival Party, on the Leisurely Wonderland isle northwest of the Floating Wishing Isle.

Players must first clear the Land of Wishes Main Quest first to gain access to the event, then complete the Event-Exclusive Quest Shine! Party King! to unlock it.

Carnival, Snip, Snap! Walkthrough
Go to the Leisurely Wonderland and Find Flofubo
Start the quest by finding Flofubo at the Leisurely Wonderland platform in the event area. He mentions about not being able to take photos of the Wish Carnval Party due to an injury, so he asks Nikki and Momo to help him out!
Take Photos of Memorable Moments
The quest will need two photos taken, and both are found in the event area.
Faewish Sprite Spinning on the spot
The first one is a Faewish Sprite that keeps on spinning in one location. If all the moving Faewish Sprites make things confusing, look for one with a dialogue box that says “I'm spinning, hahaha!”
Sleeping Faewish Sprite Triplets
The second location are three Faewish Sprites lying down side-by-side, at a platform just before the Boogie Dance Floor. They are pretty easy to spot, as they are lying still compared to the other Faewish Sprites in the area moving about.
Go the Photo You Took to Flofubo
After taking the two photos needed, head back to Leisurely Wonderland and talk to Flofubo again to submit the photos. Photos that can be submitted have a little camera icon at the lower-left corner on the photo preview in Nikki's Album!
Take a Photo with Flofubo
After submitting the photo, Flofubo will ask Nikki to take a photo with him, as he has not been able to take one for himself for the Wish Carnival Party. Make sure to have both Nikki and Flofubo visible in the shot!
Give the Group Photo to Flofubo
After taking the photo, submit the best photo taken with the two of them to Flofubo to finish the quest!
