Go to Florawish
Shiny New Dance Steps is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom.
Teleport using the Timeworn Pillar then platform your way to the quest location and talk to Manna to start the quest.

Unlock Shiny New Dance Steps by completing the Land of Wishes Main Quest first.
Shiny New Dance Steps Walkthrough
Bring Three Starlight Scallops to Manna
Talking to Manna starts the quest and she mentions that she has all the materials she needs except for 3 Starlight Scallops.
These can be found near the shore, so collect 3 of them and turn them in to Manna.
Look For Pamoda at Floating Wish Isle
Simply use the Timeworn Pillar to teleport to Floating Wish Isle and look for a Faewish named Pamoda. After relaying Manna's message, he asks Nikki to deliver a basket of Glimmergrass as a thank you gift to Manna.
Go Back to Manna at Glamour Runway
After receiving the gift, platform your way back to Glamour Runway and talk to Manna again. She will ask you to choose a name from the list she provides, and choosing Step in Style progresses the quest.
Manna proceeds to agree with Nikki and begins shareing her recent experiences. After Manna bids farewell, the quest will be completed.
