Jump! Jump Now! is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. You can easily locate it by teleporting to the In Front of the Mayor's Residence Warp Spire! After that, you can follow the road until you see Captain Hiya in front of the Kingdom Guard's Office.

As mentioned earlier, you can use the Warp Spire to go in front of the Kingdom Guard's Office until you see Captain Hiya. She will talk to you regarding the complaints of the owner of the Daisy Inn.
