| Stardust |
The last material that you'll need to get is the Stardust, used for the Star Sigil, and it can be found in the leftmost area of the Exterior part of Weeping Isle.
If you're here during the story, it's recommended to pass by here first before going to the end of the dungeon, since you'll be teleported out and you'll have to walk all the way back here later.
How to Get the Star Sigil and Effects
| Sigil | Battle Effect |
|---|---|
| Soul | Increases Maximum HP Enables Souped-Up Skills |
| Water | Improves Items and Equipment used in battle |
| Moon | Random chance to improve Spells casted in battle |
| Sun | Increases critical hit chance of Regular Attacks and certain Abilities |
| Star | Recover MP when Defending |
Similar to the Dragon Quest 2 HD-2D Remake, Sigils will automatically unlock specific effects in combat, which can aid the party when used. Try to activate these as much as possible so that you can gain an edge over your opponents in combat.
As a note, for the Water Sigil specifically, it will only upgrade equipment that is used as an item, and it won't improve any equipment worn by the Hero.

Whenever you have a material required to make a sigil, you will need to give it to Craft-Master in the top-right house of the Faerie Village for it to be crafted. As long as you have the required material in your inventory, she will automatically take it from you and craft the sigil when you talk to her.
At some point in the story, you won't be able to talk to Craft-Master and give her materials to make a sigil. If this happens, you will need to progress through the story a bit further before you can interact with her normally again.
